OUR DOMAIN REGISTRATION AGREEMENTS
IMPORTANT: While domain names are becoming more and more readily available to businesses and individuals around the world, some domains, above all foreign and country-specific domains, carry with them a number of restrictions that must be taken into account. Note also that a domain name purchase is non refundable. If you get us to register a domain name for you, then change your mind after the registration order has been initiated and finalized, any money you paid cannot be refunded to you. Please contact us for any question or in case of doubt, prior to ordering your domain name.
DOMAIN REGISTRATION AGREEMENT 1: By ordering our .AT, .BE, .CH, .DE, .DK, .NL, .EU, .FR, .IT, .MX, .MOBI, and .ES domain names, you are explicitly and implicitly agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A of our General Domain Registration Agreement. Most of our domain name registrations are governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
DOMAIN REGISTRATION AGREEMENT 2: All Other Domains are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit B of our General Domain Registration Agreement. Most of our domain name registrations are governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
