Resellers are partners who can resell our Web hosting services. Basically, resellers purchase our services at our very low rates and resell those services for any amount they want. For instance, a reseller can purchase our $5/Month Starter plan and resell it for $15/Month. Resellers have total control over the prices for which they want to resell our services. All resellers must abide by the rules set forth in our Reseller Agreement.

Resellers get a special account that allows them total control over the Web accounts of their customers. This account allows them to manage their customers' accounts seamlessly. They can allocate space, bandwidth, and other services and resell such services as they see fit, and have as much control over their customer's web sites as we do. Once resellers have purchased their customer's accounts from us, those accounts become the property of the resellers (as long as they are with us) and we have nothing to do with what prices and what services they may choose to resell as part of their own packages. Indeed, resellers can make their lives easier by simply modeling their accounts and services after our own, but charge higher prices for the same accounts and services.

For instance, all of our accounts can get FrontPage extensions for free. However, the resellers may decide to put a price on these by charging their own customers a setup fee. Thus, they may charge their customers, even for those services that we offer for free. They may also resell those services that they have to purchase from us at a higher price (MySQL, Majordomo, etc.). Resellers may offer plans that are different from our own to their customers. They can offer more or less services than we do to their own customers, depending on how they wish to market such services.

Resellers get many amenities with their own web hosting platform. They may, for instance, choose the private label control panel option, which gives them the ability to "disguise" our services and present them as their own. This means that their customers will inherit a personal control panel that totally hides our presence and displays only information provided by the resellers. Resellers can even have their own name servers (ns1.yournameserver.com, ns2.yournameserver.com) and logo on the control panel, and this further hides our presence from their customers. 

One does not need to have an account with us prior to becoming a reseller. However, one must open a reseller account in order to provide for reseller services. Existing customers can simply upgrade their normal account to a reseller account. If they have many accounts with us, they may choose to consolidate all those accounts into their reseller accounts and thus save money.

Resellers and their customers are required to adhere to ethical business practices and must conform to the rules of our Terms and Conditions of Service. Resellers must also conform to the rules of our Reseller Agreement.

Resellers may purchase additional services (GB, Bandwidth, IPs, etc.) if they need more. Accounts created by our resellers will inherit all the features available on our own accounts. However, resellers may change such features according to their own plans and the needs of their customers..

Note: All rates are paid quarterly, to be pre-paid 3-months minimum at a time. Semesterly or yearly payments are possible too. Rates are expressed in US dollars.

There is a 10% discount on the monthly fee paid by resellers on each resold account (setup fees stay the same). This allows resellers to benefit doubly by using this margin as a starter, before they can mark up the prices according to their own volition (Note: special offers and promotions by the Global Web Company targeting individual Web accounts customers do not apply to accounts ordered by resellers).

But that's not all !!

- Resellers who sign up 5 web-hosting accounts or more at time of initial sign-up will pay no setup fees. Plus, if they maintain at least 5 active web-hosting accounts at all times following initial sign-up, they will see their yearly maintenance fee dropped to only $75 per year after their first consecutive 12 months of service with 5 active accounts or more.

- Resellers who reach 5 web-hosting accounts over time, and are able to maintain at least 5 active web-hosting accounts at all times, will see their yearly maintenance fee dropped to only $75 per year after their first consecutive 12 months of service with 5 active accounts or more.

(*)Managed: Manages sites are sites that we both host on our servers and manage on behalf of their owners. Depending on size, sophistication and daily work to do on site, cost may exceed our basic setup-fee pricing.

NOTE: The gradual nature of these packages ensures this: should a customer exceed the requirements of a given package or plan, he or she may be given the opportunity to upgrade to the next level for more benefits.
