Terms of service: (*) The servers we offer are unmanaged. This means that our responsibility is limited to keeping your server alive and running. You may install software and upgrades at will, but should anything go wrong, you are on your own. We may exceptionally help, but such help will be subject to service fees. It is important for you to understand that running a dedicated, unmanaged server requires more than an average knowledge of computers and computer programming, networking, and the like. A dedicated server, if used for the purpose of hosting Web-sites commercially, is thus not for everyone. (Do note that if you have no real knowledge of computers, but would still prefer to have a fully-managed server that is fully dedicated to you and your Web site, we may be able to negociate a deal. All dedicated customers are subject to our terms and conditions of use.

NOTE: The gradual nature of these packages ensures this: should a customer exceed the requirements of a given package or plan, he or she may be given the opportunity to upgrade to the next level for more benefits.
